Suppose there is a guardian member of the managing committee whose
(1) ward is a madhyamik examinee for the year 2013
(2) ward is a higher secondary examinee for the year 2013
In both the cases, the member has no other wards studying in the school.
When will the membership be terminated?
Is there any G.O.?
Re: Validity of Membership of a Guardian in Managing Committ
As per my understanding from the GO 640-edn(s) 24-06-81 membership must be terminated.Lets see what our other friends say.You may follow the link also https://wbxpress.com/management-of-recognized-non-government-institutions/.
Re: Validity of Membership of a Guardian in Managing Committ
thanks joy.
it is clear that membership will be terminated.
but my question is, when will the membership be terminated?
to be specific, upto which date will their membership remain valid?
please reply.
Re: Validity of Membership of a Guardian in Managing Committ
From the GO I can’t find any specific answer for that query. As per my logical view I think the membership valid till result announcement date(if the ward pass). Lets see what our other friends say.
guardian membership would b terminated on and from the immediate day after the last examination:)
the validity of a guardian member of the M.C. whose ward will sit for Madhyamik Examination in 2013 will cease on and from 01.01.2013. in the case of H.S. Examinee it will cease on 30.06.2013 as per current rules.Vide W.B.B.S.E. Circular No. S/58 dated 10.03.2010.

@saij
How if the ward, after passing the M.P., stays in School for 10+2 studies?
