Dear friends, I’ve listened that from 2013 voluntary transfer system is going to start in which one can take transfer to the place of their own choice without any mutual bondage. Is it true?

I heard that the matter of voluntary transfer of teachers is under consideration of the Govt. and it may be implemented in near future. Good news for the teachers. Congrats.
