I have a friend who is a primary teacher.
He had applied for a railway recruitment CEN-03/2012. But he did not inform office and neither took any NOC from his authority.
He gave preliminary exam of this recruitment on 02/12/12 and cleared the exam.
Now he is going to give main exam of this recruitment on 18/08/2013.
My question is that if he wants to join this railway service then what should he do so that he would not face any problem in future and he would work freely without any fear of his service related matter.
In which post of railway your friend is going to join? If he has no interest about his previous service (continuation, of course there may not be option for the service continuation in this case, RRB) then he will not face any difficulty.
**** But he must inform his SIS (PRY) about his service and must take the NON LIABILITY CERTIFICATE from his earlier service (appointing authority).
He is going in the NTPC exam of Asst. Station master,goods guard,ecrc,ca,ta etc.
According to you if he dont want any service continuation then there will be no problem.

He must be free from any liability. If he does not take NON LIABILITY CERTIFICATE from his appointing authority, then any time he may face to problem. He may be claimed for any kinds,books, money etc. Please say him to submit his resignation and to take a NON LIABILITY CERTIFICATE
