Here you go. Most important thing of this bill is that the recruitment of non teaching staffs of sponsored colleges has been brought under the jurisdiction of WBCSC. Govt has not mentioned any cut off date in this regard till date. It seems the date will be declared after the assent of governor and the regulations are made under the Act. Hope this will be useful (especially for colleges in North Bengal)
