Dear All,
Would you please provide No. 271- P & AR (WBCS) dated, 13th January,1978 ?What is the policy of the Govt. for nominating the WBCS (Exe) officers to All India Services as IAS Officers?
Difficult to get the comprehensive RR for WBCS (Exe.) Officers immediately. However, some aspects of the RR can be accessed from the following:

As I have been informed the transfer policy of WBCS (Exe.) is effective specially at Block Level.
