As per public notification 25% of existing strength i.e., 2 A.T can be released. Then you will have 7 including yourself. Your students will be deprived if these two are from Science group.If you are in the interior area these posts will never be filled up. But never try to deprive your staff if you want to avoid trial. which candidate will get preference in receiving ‘Noc’ from the H.M. between a candidate having 6year 3 months teaching experience in present school and 12 years in previous school and a teacher having 7 years 9 months in his first service in this present school?
I am doing the service as an A.T. in GEN category but I am a Physically Handicapped person as my LEFT LEG is amputated from below the knee, could I get the 3 marks in scouring for the said general transfer ?
Now I am student of B. Ed of this year . I have worked since last seven year . My H. M. is not ready to give me NOC . She already taken a three year bond in stamp paper . May I eligible for general transfer . Kindly Suggest me .
