West Bengal Schools Up-gradation Rules, 2007 is prepared regarding up-gradation of Schools from Junior High School to Secondary School, Secondary School to Higher Secondary Schools. https://wbxpress.com/west-bengal-schools-up-gradation-rules-2007/
i checked your school at this link. and found that the said school is a upper primary/ secondary school. however you can check it at the link.
is there are no permanent teacher in non- aided (icse affiliated school) school? can management scak any teacher after six years of service giving false allegation?
If a secondary school falsely submit larger no of students , registers students from private schools(unaffiliated) and upgraded to HS and cann’t admit in class 11 – 12 , then what would be the status of that school ?
