I was only one candidate qualify in WBECSC Ltd as Examted Category.
But why I did not select .Sir,
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly give me appropriate suggestion. I have lossed my father’s cultivated land for west bengal govt.project (cultivated cannel making).So how & where I shall apply for accept Exempted Category certificate.
