    I am the secretary of Gram Panchayat. I accepted Ropa-19 from 01.01.2020. My basic is 36400. I get promotion from Secretary to Executive Assistant on 07.05.21. Department effect from 07.03.2017 due to promotion. What is the basic on 01.07.17
