Presently I have been working in the account section. Our office submits form 24Q4 and 26Q4 through an agency. This agency requested our office to enclose form 16 while submitting form 24Q4. Now, I am in a fix whether I can fill up form 16 without recording the receipt no. of the 4th quarter TDS. Kindly help with your valuable comments.
