THE LAST POST IS NOT CORRECT. PASS GRADUATE TEACHER, IF BECOMES TIC, CAN ATTEST ONLY EDUCATIONAL PAPERS OF THE STUDENTS OF HIS SCHOOL. UNKNOWINGLY, SOME OF THEM ATTEST OTHER TYPES OF PAPERS BEYOND THE RULE. TIC DO NOT GET ANY EXTRA PAY LIKE THE HM. THE HM IS NOT ALSO, A COMPREHENSIVE GAZZETED OFFICER AND HE ALSO, SHOULD NOT ATTEST PAPERS OTHER THAN EDU-DOCUMENTS OF HIS/HER OWN STUDENTS.

here mentioned by miss rishita bose that recently state govt declares that officers having grade pay of 4800 and above are class 1 officer of state..please provide me the memorandum or government order related that..its needed for obc non creamy status determination..urgent.

I am an Assistant Head Master of a Govt. Spon. H. S. School in West Bengal. My pay scale is 9000-40500, and grade pay is 5000. Is my daughter under obc non-creamy layer or not?
