ATRIGHOSH: I was a Sub Inspector under West Bengal Police. I joined this job on 07-12-2019. The Grade Pay of this was Rs.3900/. In latter due to some personal problem I left the job through Voluntary Resignation on 23-07-2021 and joined as an Assistant Teacher in a primary school under West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 24-07-2021. My basic pay of previous job was Rs.33100 at the time of resignation. And my basic pay of present job was 28900 with Grade Pay Rs.3600 at the time of joining which is lower than my previous job. Under this circumstances can I get the pay protection in my present service?Reply
