A person had joined as Daily Rated Worker during 1999 and later converted to Contractual Employee in 2013. The period of engagement will be calculated from the date of his joining as DRW (i.e., from 1999) or from the date he has been converted to Contractual Employee (i.e., 2013)? Please enlighten.
