A female Govt. employee now enjoy 14 types of leave. Previously it was 13. CCL is admissible in addition to Maternity leave.

CCL benefit is not yet extended to the employees other than Govt. Employees.

The order is only applicable for Govt. employees. Whether this Govt. will take into consideration of all other female employees of Govt. Undertakings, State aided/unaided Institutions/ Local Bodies/ Panchayats etc. is not known.

Thank you very much Sir for clarification. Now in my case my headmaster has given me both the increments on 11 January 2011 and again an annual increment on 01 July 2011. Now to go with rule you have mentioned what steps should I take right now and how to put an option to clarify all these things. Please Guide me in details.

This order is not applicable for govt.aided school teachers. Similar G.O. for School Education Department has not been published.
