Subject: Verification, Correction and Editing, of Registration of students of Class IX (2025)
All recognized secondary schools are hereby notified that the verification, editing, and downloading of registration data for Class IX students for the academic year 2025 (appearing in Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027) will be conducted online through www.wbbsedata.com on and from 11 AM, 6th November, 2025 to 6 PM, 15th November, 2025. The process aims to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records in preparation for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027. All Schools are earnestly informed to review, verify, and, if necessary, edit their students’ registration information and subsequently download the PDF file of the finalized data for their office records.
Schools are required to carefully review the registration details of each Class IX student, including their name, date of birth, parents’ names, photograph, signature, and other relevant details. If there are any mismatch/discrepancies in student information, it is obligatory on the part of the schools to correct them within the specified time frame. Please note that edit option will not be permitted after the end of the notified verification period.
Participation in this verification process is mandatory for all recognized schools registering their Class IX students, expected to appear in Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027. Schools are requested to avoid under all circumstances submission of incomplete and/or inaccurate data of candidates which may lead to complications in student records, affecting their eligibility in enrolment for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027.
