NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the West Bengal Finance Act, 2015 (West Ben. Act III of 2015) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint –
(a) 24th day of March, 2015, as the date on which section 1 of the said Act shall come into force;
(b) the 1st day of January, 2015, as the date on which clause (1) and clause (2) of section 6 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force;
(c) the 25th day of March, 2015, as the date on which section 7, sub-clause (b) of clause (3) and clause (4) of section 8 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force;
(d) the 1st day of April, 2015, as the date on which clause (7) of section 8 of the said Act shall come into force;
(e) the 2nd day of November, 2012, as the date on which the first sub-section (2A) as referred to in sub-clause (a) of clause (13) of section 8 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force;
(f) the 1st day of July, 2015, as the date on which clause (3) of section 5, the second sub-section (2B) as referred to in sub-clause (a) and sub-clause (d) of clause (13) of section 8 of the said Act shall come into force;
(g) the 1st day of April, 2005, as the date on which the sub-clause (a) of clause (16) of section 8 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force;
(h) the 1st day of April, 2015, as the date on which the remaining provisions of section 2, the provisions of section 3, section 4, the remaining provisions of section 5, the provisions of section 6, and the remaining provisions section 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
