NOTIFICATION
The undersigned is directed by the order of the Governor to state that Dr. Asit Mondal, Jt. Director Health Service (SPSRC), Deptt. of Health & Family Welfare, Member of West Bengal Health Scheme Authority has been retired on superannuation and the Deptt. of Health & Family Welfare has nominated (1) Professor Apurba Majumder, HoD, Deptt. of Medicine, R.G.Kar Medical College & Hospital. (2) Professor Manjusri Baneijee, Prof. Deptt. of Surgery, R.G.Kar Medical College & Hospital & (3) Dr. Aditi Kishor Sarkar, Addl. DHS ( Administration), H& FW Deptt., Swastha Bhawan as new members to the West Bengal Health Scheme Authority.
Consequent upon the aforesaid position the Governor is pleased to reconstitute West Bengal Health Scheme Authority with the following composition

| 4.) Dr. Aditi Kishor Sarkar, Addl. DHS. (Administration), Deptt. of Health & FW | Member |
| 5.) Dr. Kamala Kanta Pati, DDHS (HA), Health & FW Deptt. | Member |
| 6.) Shri Abhik Kumar Ghosh, Asst Secretary, Finance Deptt. Medical Cell | Member & Convener |
This will take immediate effect.

Please read the name of the Member West Bengal Health Scheme Authority mentioned in this Deptt. Notification No. 300-F(MED) dated. 06.11.2013 as Dr. Aditi Kishore Sarkar, Additional Director of Health Service (Administration), W.B. instead of Dr. Aditi Kishor Sarkar. Addl. DHS (Administration).
