The West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997

Notification No. 936 -L dated 01.04.1997 passed by the West Bengal Legislature, An Act to provide for the constitution of Regional School Service Commissions and a Central School Service Commission in West Bengal and for matters connected therein or incidental thereto is called the West Bengal Act IV of 1997 or The West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997.
