The undersigned has to refer to the above mentioned notification and to state that the order issued recently for deceased teachers/ non-teaching staff of Jr. High/ High & Higher Secondary Schools has empowered D.I/S(SE) of the concerned District to dispose of these cases at District Level. It is a fact that in the meantime, a huge number of cases are lying pending at this Directorate.

In view of the above, the concerned D.I/S(SE) is requested to write to all the schools from where the Wards of the deceased have already applied for such appointments for submission the cases afresh in terms of Govt. The D.I/S(SE) on receipt of the application will examine the case in the light of the aforesaid Notification and enlist the name in the Register if found eligible and accordingly the deserving cases will be sent to the concerned S.S.C, as per rule.

However if any D.I./S(SE) feels that any of those cases already forwarded to D.S.E is required to get it returned, the D.I/S(SE) concerned has every liberty to write to D.S.E. with the specific list of schools and details of the cases.

The D.I.S (SE) concerned is requested to dispose of the cases immediately.

In the similar way, in terms of DSE’s Order vide No. 1130-SC/P dt. 12.08.09 (copy already forwarded) all the cases aspiring to get appointment as Primary Teachers are to be forwarded to Chairman, DPSC of the concerned district for disposal after assessing their financial eligibility as per above mentioned order. The cases already forwarded to DSR are to be dealt in the way as mentioned above.

This is urgent.
