ORDER

Consequent upon revision of remuneration of employees under various organs/ cells of P&RD Department, it has accordingly felt necessary to consider revision of the employees engaged on contract for implementing Community Health Care Management Initiative (CHCMI) under State Public Health Cell of P&RD Department, with effect from 01.04.2013.

The details of the revised remuneration is described in the following table:-

The above mentioned revised remuneration will be effective on the following terms and conditions:-

Employees engaged on contract for the first year will not be covered by the revised remuneration. After successful completion of the first year of continuous service the revised remuneration will be effective. The consolidated remuneration (@ Rs. 5000/- per month) of the Support Staff (Office Management/ Data Management) engaged at ZP level (under Sl. Nos. 8 & 9 of the above table) is revised to Rs. 6,500/- per month during the first year of service and after successful completion of first year they will be eligible to receive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 11,000/- per month.
Employees engaged on contract who have completed 3 years or 0 years of continuous service will be allowed 3% or 6% enhancement on the revised remuneration respectively (rounded off to nearest hundred rupees).
Retired persons engaged on reemployment or contract will be treated separately, likewise outsourced staff will also not come under this per view.
The renewal of contract for further period may be made alter thoroughly evaluating their performance.
