MEMORANDUM
It has been observed by this Department that a large number of vacancies in the posts of (1) Anganwari Worker & (2) Anganwari Helper are lying vacant due to non-availability of qualified SC/ST/BC-A/BC-B category candidates, for which the appointing authorities are at District level.
It has also been observed that due to lack of employees in those posts the working of ICDS Projects under the Deptt. of Women & Child Development & Social Welfare are being hampered.
After careful consideration of the above aspects the Governor has now been pleased to authorize the District Magistrate & District Commissioner for Reservation to de-reserve the reserved vacancies in the posts mentioned at para 1 above for administrative expediency.
The Memorandum shall take immediate effect and remain valid till further order.
