Memorandum for Vote on Account Budget 2013-2014
The Administrative Departments/ Controlling Authorities may now make allotment of fund relating to Non-Plan expenditure for Salary Items upto 33% and Non-Salary Items upto 25% of the whole year’s budget provision.
Last Date of Treasury Transaction for Financial Year 2012-13
The last date for all the treasury transactions in respect of the financial year 2012-2013 is rescheduled to 28.03.2013 in case of Jalpaiguri Division instead of 26.03.2013 as stated earlier.

Applicability of Strike Order to Other Employees of State
To remove such confusion it is clarified that all the provisions in the said Memo are equally applicable to all employees of Corporations, Boards, Undertakings, Statutory Bodies, Local Bodies, Educational Institutions etc.
Restriction on Opening of Unlawful Co-operative (Chit Fund)
Employees are allured to invest/ lend their savings with an expectation of higher return but they may not be able to recover such amounts with the promised returns in such unlawful cooperative societies or chit funds.
Cost of Generic Medicines in Non-Empanelled HCO
For treatment in non-empanelled Health Care Organisations, cost of medicines in generic names may be reimbursed in full. Trade name shall not be considered by any means.
Group Insurance Scheme 1987 – Table of Benefits, 2012-13
A new table of benefits showing accumulations in the savings fund under the GI 1987 corresponding to a unit subscription of Rs. 10/- only per month has been drawn up for the period from 01.11.2012 to 31.10.2013.

All the Treasuries/Pay & Accounts Offices in West Bengal are functioning under fully computerised system. Each Treasury/Pay & Accounts Office has been allotted Government e-Mail ID. Now, it is felt necessary to provide internet connectivity to each Treasury/Pay & Accounts Office for carrying out the following activities:
