A requisition of fund for first payment as per payment schedule supported by a requisition/bill in format given at Annex. B-1 shall be submitted by the implementing agency to the parent Administrative Department.
e-Tender is Mandatory for Companies and Parastatals
Controlling Department may stop releasing fund to those companies, corporations and parastatals, until the e-tender process through the State Government e-tender portal is adopted by them.
Issue of Allotment Order through e-Bantan Mandated
Approval to fund flow through e-bantan module of IFMS does not need any separate allotment order other than the system generated one. Any conventional method of preparation of allotment letter and forwarding the same manually may result in duplication and will not be entertained in the Treasury/ PAO.
Engagement of System Administrator in e-Governance Project on Temporary Basis
Governor is pleased to include System Administrator (SA) in the list given for direct engagement by Departments/ Directorates/ Offices of the State Government in e-Governance Projects on temporary basis.
Grant of DA to Employees (Pre-Revised Scale) from January, 2014
Grant of Dearness Allowance to the State Government Employees/ Teachers and Non – Teaching Employees of Non – Government Educational Institutions/ Employees of Statutory Bodies/ Government Undertakings/ Panchayats including Panchayat Karmee and Municipal Corporation/ Municipalities, Local Bodies etc.
Letter of Credit Monitoring System (LOCMS)
Letter of Credit Monitoring System is On-line authorization and sanction of LOC in order to speedy transfer of fund for timely execution of development works in a transparent way.
