Granting HRA to an employee whose spouse is working in a private organization, the HRA of the spouse shall be taken into account as done in the case where spouse is the employee of any Govt/ semi-Govt. organization.
Daily Allowance is a uniform allowance for each day of absence from headquarter which is intended to cover the ordinary daily charges incurred by a Govt employee in consequence of such absence while on tour.
Pay will be Rs. 10,000/- for Group ‘C’, Rs. 12,000/- for Group ‘B’ and Rs. 15,000/- for Group ‘A’ per month or the remuneration applicable to a reemployed employee as per rule.
Employee shall submit the duplicate service book every year for verification. After necessary entry the same will be returned to the employee. This copy may also be treated as original.
