HM/T.I.Cs of all H.S. Institutions are requested to provide the Email-id of the Institution as well as his/her Mobile No., also mentioning the respective Institution Code to West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.
Council is again publishing the discarded portions of the Syllabus for all subjects [other than Science Subjects] for Class XI Annual Examination 2022 and HS Examination 2022.
This is to inform all Head of the Institutions that the following fees are to be deposited during submission of enrolment forms of the students for H.S. Examinations, 2026.
Contact the respective Regional Council Office Board on and from 2nd March, 2026 to 13th March, 2026 with necessary prayer for correction supported by documentary evidence with requisite fees.
The Grand Total may be calculated out of 500 marks considering marks awarded in two language subjects and three compulsory elective subjects.
Commencement of Class of Semester-I online/ offline as per convenience of the institutions – May, 2026. Submission of Registration Form online by the Institutions – 16.06.2026 to 30.06.2026.
Council has decided the following fee-structure for enrolment of the students in Class XII with the Council from the academic session 2025-2026 onward under the Semester System.
All Head of the Institutions to conduct Semester-II, Semester-I Supplementary, Practical and Project Examinations of the students of Class-XI (AY: 2025-2026) within March, 2026.
Model Question paper books based on the Semester IV syllabus have been published and this books will be available for sale at the Book Mart, Vidyasagar Bhavan and at the Regional Offices of the council from 27th of January, 2026.
Higher Secondary Practical and Project Examinations (under Semester and Old Yearly System), 2026 will commence from 02/03/2026 and continue till 23/03/2026.
