Higher Secondary Education
West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education looks after the education system in 10+2. Main office at Salt Lake, Kolkata along with 4 regional offices.
West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (Examination) Regulations, 2006 published vide No. 184/SE(HS)/8C-2/99 dated 11th October, 2006 by the Council.
Examination will be held in only one paper on each day from 10 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. (3 hours and 15 minutes time is allotted both for reading question paper and writing answer).
All the heads of Higher Secondary Institutions are requested to collect HS mark-sheets, certificates and other documents from their respective Distribution Camp on 16.05.2016.
President of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education is pleased to order adoption of ‘self-attestation’ and ‘self-declaration’ in different activities with effect from 10.12.2014.
A candidate may apply for Post Publication Review in HS Examination of his/ her answer-script(s) in a prescribed format within 15 days from the date of result through the Head of his /her Institution.
Results of Higher Secondary Examination, 2016 will be published on 16th May, 2016 at 10 AM. Mark-sheets, Certificates etc. will be distributed through 60 nos. Camp of WBCHSE.
The Examination of these subjects will be of two hours duration. All Practical Examinations will be held between 15.02.2022 and 04.03.2022.
The Examination will be started from 15.02.2016, 10.00 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. (3 hours and 15 minutes time is allotted both for reading question paper and writing answer).
If any of the candidates have any issue or doubt between the obtained marks and the expected marks with respect to the answer keys, they may contact to the Deputy Secretary of their respective Regional Office.
Results of Higher Secondary Examination, 2019 conducted by WBCHSE will be published on 27.05.2019, MONDAY at 10 a.m. through a Press Conference to be held at Rabindra Milan Mancha, 7th floor, Vidyasagar Bhavan.
