All Govt. and Non-Govt. aided-Madrasahs located in Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, Jhargram, South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly and Kolkata shall remain closed on 3rd May and 4th May, 2019.
Textbook
Text Books of classes IX & X applicable for academic session 2019 published by WBBME for both Bengali and Urdu Mediums will be available at 20% rebate on printed price by depositing required amount through SBI in favour of WBBME.
Election, Managing Committee
Postponement of Election for Constitution/ Reconstitution of the Managing Committee/ Ad-hoc committee/ Organizing Committee/ Administrator up to 23.07.2019 of Recognised Junior High, High and Senior Madrasah in view of ensuing Parliamentary Election 2019.
Recognition
This is to inform that at the time of Extension of Recognition, the Madrasah authority concerned will have to comply the 15 (fifteen) points of the checklist which is enclosed herewith for their convenience.
Admit Card, Alim, Fazil, High Madrasah
Admit Cards of High Madrasah, Alim & Fazil Examination -2019 will be distributed from the Board office on and from 28th January, 2019. Concerned Head of the Madrasahs are requested to collect the Admit Cards from their respective Distribution Centre.
