Computerisation of GPF Statement in Schools

Schools authorities are to submit the G.P.F. Ledger of school along with all the staff of the school upto the end of the financial year 2013 to their respective sub-divisional office within 15th December, 2013 due to computerisation of G.P.F. statement of each individual staff of the school.

Engagement of Part Time Teachers in HS Section of Schools

The retired College/ School teachers with Hons/ PG qualification and below 64 years of age may apply seeking engagement as Part Time Teacher in HS Schools. The Period of engagement should be upto 180 days or until regular teachers join the school which ever is earlier.

Engagement of Retired Teachers or Lecturers on Temporary Basis

Retired college/ school teachers with Honours/ Post Graduate qualification and below 64 years of age may apply seeking engagement as ‘Part time’ teachers in Higher Secondary Schools.

Guidelines in relation to Submission of Arrear and Salary Bill

It has been observed that a number of schools is submitting salary requisition (online) after due date, hence it is reminded once again to submit salary bills within 10th of a month with hard copies to be submitted within 15th of a month.
