Additional Post(s) for different types of Non-Govt. Madrasahs will be distributed according to Teacher Pupil Ratio 1:40 as per total enrolment (I-XII) in the Normal section and HS section. The eligible madrasahs will submit the necessary requisition within 30.08.2013.
A process of assessment would be taken up between the period of 9th to 21st December 2013 where a stipulated number of students, randomly selected would be taken up. Not less than 20% of all the primary schools of a district are to be covered. This assessment process is the UTKARSHA ABHIJAN – 2013.

Children who have completed any class at a lesser age as per prevalent rule in force at the material point of time in any Govt. Sponsored school may be allowed to proceed to the next class.

Membership of candidates of all District Primary School Councils of this state who were elected under Zilla Parishad Members’ category and Panchayat Samity Members’ category pursuant to the election conducted by this Department in the month of November-2010 shall deemed to be terminated after publication of results of Panchayat General Election 2013.
All the students who will appear in the ensuing Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2016 will be provided with the WBBSE – published Test Paper 2015-16 free of cost.
Students who have secured 55% marks in the Annual Examination of Class VII and whose parental income is below Rs. 1,50,000/- are eligible to appear National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Examination, 2013 for Class VIII.
