List of authorised Auditors to take up Audit Accounts of Non Government Recognized Aided Secondary Schools (Higher Secondary, High School, Jr. High, Upper Primary) for the year 2013-14 & 2014-15.
Governor is pleased to sanction and release a total amount of Rs. 3,30,00,000 (Rs. Three crore and thirty lakh) only during the financial year 2012-13 as laboratory grant to 165 Schools @ Rs. 2,00,000 per School.
You are requested to pass necessary instructions so that schools will re-open after Puja holidays on 27th October, 2014. The matter has been discussed with Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge.
Dearness Allowance to the whole time approved and regular teaching and non-teaching employees of DA getting schools (Primary), DA getting Anglo Indian Schools (Primary) and Pandits of Non-Govt. Sanskrit Tols w.e.f. 01.01.2012.
The fund of Rs. 50,000/- is placed directly to the Heads of the Institutions. The funds placed will be utilized on approval of the Managing Committee of the school.
All the Heads of the D. El. Ed. Institutions are requested to release the deputed students of second year D. El. Ed. Course of session 2016-2018 in the afternoon on 30/06/2018.
Handing over of Admit Cards of D. El. Ed. Part-II Examination 2016-2018 (Theoretical) to the Heads of the respective D. El. Ed. Institutes will be made in between 14th December, 2018 and 15th December, 2018.

All Schools with the exception of those in hill areas of Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts, are hereby closed due to prevailing heat wave situation with effect from 17th April, 2023 for one week.
