No Meeting/ Procession/ Demonstration at Nabanna

MEMORANDUM
In continuation of Finance Department No. 10670-F dt. 16.10.1984, the Governor has been pleased to decide that no meeting/ procession/ demonstration etc. shall be organised in the premises of ‘Nabanna’ by any Association/ Union/ Group of employees.
Violation of the above will attract provisions in the West Bengal Services (Duties, Rights and Obligation of the Government Employees) Rules, 1980 and action will be initiated against the concerned employees as per West Bengal Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1971.
This will take immediate effect.
