Sub: Verification of documents and Medically fit Certificate for admission of the selected candidates to G.N.M. Training course for the session: 2014-2018.
This is to inform that the panel of the provisionally selected candidates including orphan and Civil defence candidates for admission to G.N.M. Training Course for the session 2014 – 2018 and the provisionally selected candidates in the waiting list have duly been approved by the undersigned. The copies of the same are lying with him.
This is further to state that the admission to the said training course is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:
a) Each of the candidates provisionally selected for G.N.M. training course to be called for documents verification will have to bring Medically fit Certificate in the prescribed format (to be sent to them along with the call letter) from a registered Medical Practitioner having at least MBBS degree.
b) If the provisionally selected candidates fail to turn up on the specific date with requisite papers and documents, candidates from waiting list will be called for documents verification merit wise in the same manner.
c) The candidature of a candidate will be cancelled if she is found medically unfit as per norms.
d) All the original certificates and marks-sheets of the Higher Secondary or equivalent Exam will be verified on the verification date.
e) The candidates will be debarred from the training course provided the marks sheets of the Higher Secondary or equivalent Exam, they had earlier submitted do not tally with the records of the concerned Council/authority of Higher Secondary or equivalent Examination.
f) The eligible and medically fit candidates for admission into the training course will be given information from the documents verification centres about their date of joining along with the name of the institution where they will report themselves for joining. Necessary instruction for placement of these candidates to the institutions will be available from the disribution list being issued from the office of the D.D.H.S.(Ng).
Each candidate should submit a written undertaking to the effect that:-
i) She will abide by the rules and regulations of the W.B.N.C. as well as the local institution.
ii) She will pay Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve) only per month as Seat Rent for accommodation in the Hostel and she will bear the Messing Charges out of her own in the institution where she will be admitted.
The commencement of the course will be on 08.09.2014. The candidates must join the institution within 16.09.2014, after which no request for admission will be entertained.
The Joining Report of the candidates must reach the office of the Dy. D.H.S.(Ng.), West Bengal by October, 2014 indicating their names, father’s Name, Panel No. (with name of the Dist.), Caste, Date of Birth and Date of Joining. The attested photo copies of their Admit Cards must be enclosed with their joining reports.

Sub: Distribution of provisionally selected G.N.M. Trainees in 30 N.T.S. as per Infrastructure availability for the session – 2014-2018
Enclosed please find herewith a list containing detailed particulars about distribution of provisionally selected G.N.M. Trainees both from the selected and waiting panel for the session 2014-2018 in 30 N.T.S. as per Infra-structure availability. The candidates from waiting panel have been taken because of enhancement of seats in some districts which can be seen from the list of redistribution of the candidates.
You are requested to kindly take necessary action on the basis of the contents of the said list so that the provisionally selected candidates may be distributed in different Nursing Training Schools in proper manner.
An intimation after taking action may please be given to the undersigned in due course.
