Sub: Monitoring of Kanyashree Prakalpa
Kanyashree Prakalpa is one of the most cherished schemes of the Government of West Bengal. It requires attention and timely intervention for its successful implementation. It has been noticed that it is becoming very difficult for the Head of the institution to give proper attention to the said scheme due to pressure of various other works.
Therefore, he is requested to instruct all the heads of the institutions to assign the duty to look after the Kanyashree Prakalpa to the Assistant Headmaster or any other efficient teacher preferably a senior one, if they cannot spare time and give proper attention. He is also requested to keep the list of those in-charge (with their phone numbers and e-mail ID, if any) of Kanyashree Prakalpa (School-wise) for proper monitoring.
In this connection, it is once again reminded that the required data and status report (as on 30.04.2014) on Kanyashree Prakalpa called for vide this office Memo No. 21(21)-Exam dated 05.05.2014 of most of the districts have not yet reached this office.
This should be given due importance.
