North Bengal Municipal Pension cases will be dealt at Uttarkanya

ORDER
In pursuance of Finance (Audit) Department’s Notification No. 4560-F(H) dated 01.09.2014, read with Notification No. 3339-F(H) dated 25.06.2014, a new office of the Directorate Of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance (DPPG) has been set up at ‘UTTARKANYA’, Siliguri, (hereinafter be called as said office) for disposing all pension cases of the pensioners from the district of North Bengal namely (1) Malda, (2) Dakshin Dinajpur, (3) Uttar Dinajpur, (4) Cooch Behar, (5) Alipurduar, (6) Jalpaiguri & (7) Darjeeling.
The Governor has, now, been pleased to decide that all the pension cases of the Municipal employees of the concerned districts mentioned above will henceforth be dealt in the said office w.e.f. 01.11.2014.
All concerned are being informed accordingly.
