NOTICE
For Participation of CTET Qualified Candidates in the 2022 Recruitment Process
In furtherance to notification no. 2298/WBBPE/2022 dated 27.12.2022 and in compliance with the interim direction dated 22.12.2022 passed in WPA 24618/2022 [Biswanath Mandal & Anr. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.], by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta all intending eligible CTET pass candidates [who aspire to be considered in the 2022 Recruitment process] are requested to submit [from 13.01.2023 to 20.01.2023 between 10:30 AM till 05:30 PM {excepting Saturday and Sunday}] at the Board’s office located at ‘Acharya Prafulla Chandra Bhavan’, DK-7/1, Salt Lake, Sector-2, Kolkata – 700 091 the following documents:
List of documents to be submitted at the drop box:
1) An application for participation in the Recruitment Process 2022
2) Admit Card of CTET
3) Document of CTET-qualification
4) Admit Card of MadhyamikPariksha/ Certificate thereof as proof of age.
5) Mark sheet and Certificate of Two Year D. El. Ed./ D.Ed. (Special Education)/ B.Ed. (Special Education)/ B.Ed./ B.P.Ed. or its equivalent examinations.
6) Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) issued by competent Govt. authority, if applicable.
7) Voter ID/ Aadhar Card.
This exercise is necessitated to enable the Board to initiate the online portal for registration of intending CTET qualified candidates for the 2022 Recruitment Process. The modalities of such online registration will be notified subsequently, by the Board. Intending candidates who do not submit the aforesaid documents, within the timeline indicated above, will be unable to register themselves in the online portal, which will be opened subsequently.
As directed by the Hon’ble Court, such participation, will not create any equity in favour of the participating candidates and whether they will be considered for being recommended and subsequent appointment, will abide by the final result of WPA 24618/2022.
