MEMORANDUM
Sub: Onboarding of Paschimanchal Unnayan Parshad under the Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department in the Unified Project Management System (UPMS) Portal in IFMS for management of the complete life-cycle of a project.
The Unified Project Management System (UPMS) portal for monitoring of projects (including tracking annual physical and financial progress), throughout their life cycle, from initiation to completion of the project has been developed and the domain upms.wb.gov.in has been live online since 03-05-2023, as per Government Order No. 3580-F(Y) dated 31-05-2023.
In continuation of the stated order dated 31-05-2023, the PWD, PHE, Irrigation & Waterways department, WRI&D & KMDA department have already been onboarded onto this portal vide order no 61-F(e-Gov) dated 07.01.2025 & 232-F-(e-Gov) dated 17-01-2025 respectively.
Now, in Continuation of the stated orders dated 31-05-2023, 07.01.2025 & 17-01-2025 the Paschimanchal Unnayan Parshad under the Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department is being onboarded onto this portal, and henceforth, all projects of Paschimanchal Unnayan Parshad under the Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs Department would be processed through this portal for managing the complete life-cycle of a project.
This order will take immediate effect in the interest of public service.
