CIRCULAR
In continuation to this Department’s Circular No. 4403-LR dated 28.12.2005, the processing fee for conversion of land from various use to ‘Water-body’ in rural areas, Municipal Area excluding KMDA area and land in KMDA areas are prescribed in the following tables.
Table-1: Conversion Fee of Land converted into Water-body in the Rural Areas (per decimal of land)
Current land use | Conversion Fee per decimal of land |
Bastu, Patit, danga and any other land not currently in agricultural or other productive use. | Rs. 10.00 |
Agricultural land | Rs. 15.00 |
Industrial and commercial land unused or underused. | Rs. 50.00 |

This will come into force with immediate effect.
