NOTICE
The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has received several representations from many self-financed D. El. Ed. institutions affiliated to this Board with a request to admit a considerable number of students who have not submitted their application forms for admission through online portal probably due to their late admission in those institutions (i.e. after the closing of the online admission portal of the Board). The issue of late admission was discussed in the Ad-hoc Committee Meeting held on 23/12/2022 under the agenda No. -07.
Pursuant to the resolution adopted in the said meeting, honorable President of the Board has kindly approved the appeal of those self-financed D. El. Ed. institutions to admit their non-enrolled students as a special case for this year only and strictly through online portal to be opened by the Board in the notified schedules. Furthermore, as per resolution of the Ad-hoc Committee, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education will not entertain any such request in future.
Thus, in continuation of our earlier Notice No. 233/BPE/D.EI.Ed./2021 dated 13/09/2021 & No. 174/BPE/D.EI.Ed./2022 dated 22/07/2022 it is directed to all concerned that non-enrolled students of their colleges can submit their admission forms online through online portal of the Board to be opened as per the following schedules with requisite processing fees and late application fees of Rupees 3000/- (Rupees three thousand) only per candidate.
- From 02/01/2023 to 06/01/2023 (for the session 2021-2023)
- From 07/01/2023 to 12/01/2023 (for the session 2022-2024)
All concerned institutions are requested to follow the schedules strictly.
