Sir,
In reference to the subject furnished above, I am directed to request you to take following actions immediately:-
1. A combined list (1st Phase excluding “IE” candidates along with the 2nd Phase list) may be published in your website for extending scope for registration to those candidates who previously did not able to get them registered for pursuing the course subject to the condition that the candidates who have already been registered need not required to be registered further. This combined list may remain live from 30th August, 2013 to 6th September, 2013.
2. Admission in B.Ed Course of all the registered candidates as well as candidates who will be registered during the period 30th August, 2013 to 6th September, 2013 may be done with effect from 4th September, 2013 to 14th September, 2013.
3. A list of eligible teachers of Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Deptt. for this course will shortly be sent to you for uploading the same in your website. The names of such teachers may also be registered by you during the period 30th August, 2013 to 6th September, 2013. Further opportunity of admission may also be given to them upto 14th September, 2013.
4. Lastly, a third list of un-trained teachers is under preparation by this Department which will be sent to you very shortly. The names of such teachers may also be considered for training.
