Sub: Vetting of estimates by PWD.
Sir/ Madam,
As you might be aware Public Works Department had circulated a guidelines and procedures to be followed to get estimates vetted by PWD vide No. 338/SPW/2014 dated November, 18, 2014 (copy enclosed).
PWD had also issued a memorandum on levy of vetting fee for checking of plans, estimates, tender papers etc. vide No. 78-W(C)/1M-26/15 dated March, 3, 2015 (copy enclosed).
I am now enclosing a checklist for submission of required documents for vetting estimates of building works. It is requested that this checklist may kindly be followed while submitting estimates for vetting in order to expedite the vetting and ensure that requisite documents are submitted along with the estimates. You are requested to pass instructions to organizations under you to comply with the check list while submitting estimates of vetting.
