NOTIFICATION

Sub: Sensitization and Awareness among Examinees of Madhyamik Pariksha 2023.

This is with reference to the Board’s earlier circular No. EMU/C/38A/10 dated 10.09.2010, the Heads of all Recognised X Class High Schools are urgently advised to initiate necessary measures to make their students adequately aware so that they may not involve themselves in misbehaving with Invigilators or get involved in any possible violation of examination rules and regulations. Any attempt by the candidates to damage articles, furniture, equipment, stationery, or any other property of examination venue during the days of examination will result in withholding of examination results. All Centre Secretary and Venue Supervisor are to take Geo-tag photographs of full Examination Venue before the start of first day of examination, and after the end of the last day of examination. These will be provided to the Board with a complaint report by concerned Officer-in-Charge, Centre Secretary/ Venue Supervisor, and Additional Venue Supervisor where incidents of vandalism occur.

The results of candidates of participating school, based on evidence, if found involved in the incidents of vandalism, will be kept withheld, till the concerned venue is appropriately compensated, and written clearance is received by the Board from the concerned Officer-in-Charge, Centre Secretary/ Venue Supervisor, and Additional Venue Supervisor to that effect.

We in West Bengal Board of Secondary Education hope that such occasion would not arise in Madhyamik Pariksha 2023 under the your able guidance.

Thank you.
