Stipulated Time Limit of various Services by Fire Department

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of power conferred by section 3(2) of the West Bengal Right to Public Service Act, 2013 and in cancellation of Notification No. 2753/FES/N/2E-131/2013 dated 10/02/2020, the Governor is further pleased to notify the services along with the stipulated time limit for rendering the services, the Designated Officers responsible for providing the services, the Appellate Officer and the Reviewing Officer as follows:-

3A Any application made under section 11C of the West Bengal Fire Service Act, 1950 for issuance of NOC or Fire Safety Certificate within the jurisdiction of the areas under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Director General West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services Or Divisional Fire Officer of concerned district 15 days from the receipt of the application Principal Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal Or Deputy Director of concerned division 7 days from date of receipt of appeal application Minister In Charge in the Department of Fire & Emergency Services Or Director of West Bengal Fire Services 7 days from the date of receipt of the review application
4 Any application made for issuance of fire safety recommendation Director General West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services Or Divisional Fire Officer of concerned district 15 days from the receipt of the application Principal Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal Or Deputy Director of concerned division 7 days from date of receipt of appeal application Minister In Charge in the Department of Fire & Emergency Services Or Director of West Bengal Fire Services 7 days from the dare of receipt of the review application

5 Any application made under section 14 of the West Bengal Fire Services Act, 1950 for grant of fire license Collector, Fire License (South Zone) for South Bengal & Collector. 6 Any application made under section 9 of the West Bengal Fire Services Act, 1950 for grant of license for selling fireworks Collector, Fire License (South Zone) for South Bengal & Collector, Fire License (North Zone) for North Bengal. 15 days from the receipt of the application Principal Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal 7 days From the date of receipt of appeal application Minister In Charge in the Department of Fire & Emergency Services 7 days from date of receipt of appeal application

This notification shall come into effect on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
