Personal Contact Programme (PCP) including Workshop for the second year of the Two Year D El Ed Course in the respective study centres, will commence on and from 18-05-14 as per the schedules.
All the examinations of the 1st year Term End Examinations for Two Year D.El.Ed. Course (ODL) 2014 for Primary Teachers scheduled on 20.02.2014 and 22.02.2014, stand postponed until further order.

Release all the teachers who have been deputed to undergo the Two year D. El. Ed. Course in the session 2011-2013 in the afternoon on 29.06.2013 so that they are able to join their respective schools in the morning on and from 01.07.2013.
Provided in-service teachers will be allowed ‘A’ category scale of pay from the date of attainment of such qualification of D.El.Ed. However persons already possessing D.El.Ed qualification before their entry as a Pry. School Teacher.
Inservice primary teachers who were appointed after 03.09.2001 or before 31.12.2005 should apply for 2 years D.El.Ed Course in distance mode.
A Candidate applying for admission to the Two Year D. El. Ed. Course in an institution, recognized by the NCTE, and affiliated to the WBBPE should pass the H.S (+2) Examination.
Teachers appointed from 01.01.2006 onwards should possess at least 50% marks in H.S. Examination or equivalent and 2 years Diploma in Teacher Training Course (D. El. Ed.); or should be Graduate from recognised University.
