Here you will find all G.O.s regarding West Bengal Revision of Pay and Allowances, 2009 in chronological order. ROPA 2009 is based upon 5th Pay Commission.
Remaining 50% of the third instalment of arrear already calculated as per item no. 6 of Memo No. 2728-F, dated 07.04.2009 will be paid to the State Govt employees in September, 2012.
Pay Scale of Grade – I posts of Fire Operator and Leader under the Department of Fire and Emergency Services have been upgraded from Scale No. 5 to Scale No. 6 and from Scale No. 7 to Scale No. 8.

A number of Government employees of different establishments have submitted their option in Schedule-IV to come under the West Bengal Services (Revision of Pay and Allowances) Rules, 2019.
The amount of Pro-rata pension already restored shall be further consolidated w.e.f. 01.01.2020 or from the date on which the amount is restorable whichever is later, by multiplying with 2.57.
How the pay of an employee drawing stagnation increment shall be fixed on promotion to higher post or to higher Level (Functional or non-functional).
