Stipulated Time Limit for varios services as per Right to Public Service Act, 2013 by the Designated Officer, Appellate Officer, Reviewing Officer.
For Kolkata, stipulated time limit for rendering the services, the Designated Officers responsible for providing the services, the Appellate Officers and the Reviewing Officers responsible for ensuring delivery of services will be as follows:-
Stipulated time limit of providing the service of Issuance of Caste Certificates to SC/ST/OBC is 4 (four) weeks from the date of submission of application.
Stipulated Time limit for Issuance of Caste Certificate to the (Scheduled Castes) (Scheduled Tribes) and (Other Backward Classes).
Stipulated time limit for rendering the services, the Designated officers responsible for providing the services, the Appellate Officer and the Reviewing Officer in connection with Ration Card.
Duplicate/ Correction of Mark sheet/Admit Card/ Certificate (Secondary/HS), Migration Certificate, Admission (Primary/ Secondary), Inspection and DLIT report regarding recognition/ NOC of School.
List of Services to be provided under the West Bengal Right to Public Service Act, 2013 for which applications/ appeals are received offline by the School Education Department.
Governor is pleased to notify the services along with stipulated time limit for rendering services, the Designated Officers responsible for providing the services, the Appellate Officers and Reviewing Officers in Housing Department.
All resolution of query and grievance of investors/ applicants related to issues faced by Industry/ Businesses, by the Investors’ Facilitation Center/ Investment Promotion Agency of the State, through online query/ grievance (recording and addressing) handling mechanism
Time limit for disposal by the Reviewing Officer – 15 days for No Dues Certificate (Land Revenue) for all the finally published mouzas.
