Guidelines of SIDBI Cluster Development Fund (SCDF) Finance, SCDF, SIDBI Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has formed SIDBI Cluster Development Fund (SCDF) scheme with due concurrence from Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
