Amendment to Career Advancement Scheme

DEAR SIR,
With due respect I beg to draw your kind attention that , the initial scale of Sub inspector of schools, under the control of School Education Department , Govt. of west Bengal has been revised from scale no 11 to 14. as per Ropa 98 ,Due to revision of that initial scale, they were not entitled to get 25 year M.C.A. benefit. The scale no. 14.15 &16 has been extended of the above G.O. No 10580-F(P) dated 28.12.2012,) for getting M.C.A. benefit who did not reach the 3nd higher scale after completion of 25 year continuous & satisfactory service & getting Promotion. kindly reply me the sub Inspector of Schools is entitled to move the 3rd higher scale or not?

I have completed M.Phil in the year 2000 and I joined as a assistant master in the Govt. school under School Education Department Govt.Of West Bengal recruited by P.S.C in the year 2004.Will I Get any incremental benefit or any financial benefit under carrier advancement scheme under Govt.of West Bengal.please reply.

Most respecfully to state that , i am an employee of PR Bodies . i have completed 10 year continuous & satisfactory service on 23.02.2014 without any promotion . i got option that , i get CAS Benefit on normal increment (July 2014). What is the procedure to change my scale Please reply
