It’s good looking and the report is also fine but I think there is some problem in inserting data in the Excel Sheet. It shows in some respects without value. There is no scope for 10 or 20 years’ benefit for teachers. Please check the utility once again and attach the modified one . I think many people will be benefited by using the utility.Best of luck. I find some difficulty while comparing with 2728-F dt. 07.04.2009 in respect of functional movement on MCA 2001 on 8/16/25 years benefit. Kindly clarify.

Hi Mr. Ray ! Thanks for this very useful utility. I think the Grade Pay will not increase on the date of fulfilling 8/16/25 yrs (in case of CAS/ MCAS benefit). CAS/MCAS benefit is a Non-Functional movement.

You are absolutely right. Thanks. Actually it was prepared on the basis of the initial orders of ROPA’09 though the utility was uploaded later. You will see that in the first some orders there was no bar on giving the initial fixation benefit i.e. the increase in the Grade Pay in case of a Non-functional movement. Later a clarificatory G.O. was issued to the effect what you said. But it was entirely my fault that I could not manage to rectify the Fixation Module and Upload it in time.
Now, an updated version of the same has been uploaded. Do check it and please notify me about any non-functionality or error you notice.
