I have seen many of the govt. employees with higher salary get bonus but, there are some govt. employees who get less salaries, do not get bonus! How is it possible? Members pls help!
Probably, you have seen some young central govt. employees who do not get bonus while the aged employees in Central Govt. job are getting bonus despite their higher pay! Those young central govt. employees are all gazetted officers and the aged employees are working in non-gazetted posts. In central govt. service, only the non-gazetted employees (including non-gazetted Group-B employees) are eligible for bonus without any pay limit. Because of adding up of increments in their long period of service they are now getting more salary than young gazetted officers.
