IMPORTANT QUERY:( with a little correction )

I AM A PRIMARY TEACHER JOINED ON 07/01/11, WITH
    QUALIFICATION: 43.7 % IN H.S(1997) , B.Sc. WITH 1 YR. PTTI.
    now, AS PER NOTIFICATION I HAVE TO… GO THROUGH D.Ed 1YR MORE….

    serious fear:

there should be an option of “GRADUATION” in the required Qualification/ criteria zone in time of Admission in 1 yr. extra D.Ed.
or if not then it will violet the specified qualification under clause-3 i.e ‘ Graduation’ and ultimately will ask for 50% in H.S.

ATTENTION TO BE REQUIRED IF THE MATTER IS TRUE AFTER DUE VERIFICATION.

I am a primary teacher joined on14-06-2010 in ex-serviceman category. My educational qualification is H.S with 44.4% in science stream (1985). Defence service had given me graduation equivalent certificate for Group ‘C’ post in future rehabilitation as per central govt. existing policy during leaving service. Will it be given same recognition by the state govt.? If ‘yes’ then is it necessary to upgrade the HS marks? Is it possible to upgrade it in other stream during bridge-course?

Upgrading the qualification is a good idea. It will help teachers to update themselves about their lesson. My question is that what will be their pay scale? is there any upgrading their pay scale with the upgrading their qualification ?
